Founded in 1995, NEM Hydraulics is based in San Pier d’Isonzo, Italy. In June 2021, it became part of Helios Technologies (parent of Sun Hydraulics), and now serves as a regional excellence center in the EMEA region for valve production and manifold machining

Cartridge Valves

Designed to fit standard SAE cavities (SAE-08 to SAE-20), handling flows up to ~300 L/min and pressures up to ~350 bar

Offerings include both mechanical and electro-proportional models, covering:
- Relief valves, reducing valves, directional valves (2/2, 3/2, 4/2, 4/3)
- Counterbalance, check valves, logic elements, flow control and flow dividers

Used extensively in material handling, construction machinery, agricultural, and industrial vehicles application

Parts-in-Body Valves

Flow control and load-holding valves integrated directly within a manifold (“body”)—available in electro-proportional or manually adjusted versions

Product types include sequence valves, counterbalance, pilot-operated check, lowering control, and flow regulators, tailored for lifting machinery, earth-moving, and diverse hydraulic systems

Designed for easy repair, replacement, flexibility, and efficiency in manifold-based systems.
