Hydraulic Cartridge Valves

  • These screw-in modular valves control pressure, flow, and direction in compact, high-performance units.
  • Including relief valve, counterbalance, flow control, check valve, shuttle and directional control valves.
  • Available in different sizes, their flow capacity doubling with each larger size.
02

Manifolds & Integrated Packages

  • Manifolds house multiple valves in compact configurations: line-mount manifolds, sandwich manifolds, or custom manifolds.
  • Integrated packages combine standard valves into engineered systems using QuickDesign™ software and SunDesign™ expert services.
  • These integrated solutions can deliver up to 50% size reduction compared to competing systems due to efficient layout and 5 axis design.
03

Electro-Hydraulic Solutions

  • Sun Hydraulics is a leader in merging traditional mechanical hydraulics with advanced electronics. They specialize in electro-proportional cartridge valves and digital control systems that allow for high-precision automation in mobile and industrial machinery.
04

Proportional Valves and Controls

  • Offerings range from simple proportional valves to servo-proportionals with on-board digital drivers and LVDT transducers for high-precision motion, pressure, and speed control
  • Subplate and cartridge formats (ISO sizes 06–35, up to 125) support directional, pressure, and flow control applications with configurable electronics (I/O Link and others)
  • Digital axis cards enable closed-loop axis and P/Q control for position, speed, and force in hydraulic actuators, including explosion-proof variants
05

On-Off Valves (Directional / Safety / Modular)

  • A full range of solenoid-operated on-off valves in subplate and screw-in cartridge formats, engineered for low-leak and low-power operation. Options include mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuation, with ISO sizes up to 32 and flows up to ~700 l/min (350 bar)
  • Safety valves with inductive spool/poppet position monitoring, cURus certification, and compliance with EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and PED 2014/68/EU, with capacities to ~6,300 l/min and pressures up to ~420 bar
  • Modular valves allow configurations of flow, pressure, and directional controls—mountable under ISO solenoid valves typical in industrial builds
06

Flow, Pressure & Check Valves

  • Pressure-compensated flow control valves, with or without LVDT transducer and digital drivers, with flows ~45–90 L/min and pressures up to ~210 bar
  • Pressure control valves: relief, reducing, sequence and compensator valves offered in screw-in, subplate and in-line styles—with or without electronics, typically up to 420 bar
  • Check valves: leak-free directional designs, direct or pilot operated, in screw-in or in-line formats. Flow ranges up to ~500 L/min, pressure ratings 315–400 bar
07

Cylinders, Pumps & Filters

  • Hydraulic cylinders, built to ISO 6020/6022 standards; diameters from 25 to 400 mm, strokes up to 5 meters, pressures up to ~320 bar. Special versions are available for explosive environments, as well as stainless steel options for harsh conditions.
  • Hydraulic pumps: axial-piston variable displacement (PVPC series) and fixed-displacement vane pumps (PFE series). Designed for high pressure, low noise, long life, and available in ATEX-certified versions for hazardous zones.
  • Filtration solutions: inline, return-line, and suction filters using high-efficiency microfiber elements to maintain fluid purity and extend component service life.

Axial Piston Pumps – Motors

  • K3VL / K3VLS : Compact and medium-duty swash plate pumps. Pressure ratings up to ~280 bar (medium) and ~320 bar (high-pressure). M7V / M7X / M3X / K3X Kawasaki’s axial piston motors deliver high-pressure, high-speed performance. The M7V (variable) and M7X (fixed) series offer bent-axis efficiency in a compact swash-plate design. The M3X and K3X provide fixed displacement with superior low-speed stability and reliability for heavy-duty industrial and mobile applications
  •  New K8V Series: A closed-loop pump tailored for hydrostatic transmission in off highway machines, with displacements of 71/90/125 cc and ~400 bar pressure rating. Available in through-drive and tandem versions
09

Radial Piston Hydraulic Motors (Staffa)

  • HMB Series: Fixed-displacement motors (188–6,800 cc) with low-speed, high torque, hydrostatic balancing, and continuous pressure up to ~250 bar
  • HMC Series: Variable-displacement motors with two preset options or continuous control (hydro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic). Displacement range: ~492 to 5,326 cc, ~250 bar rating, with freewheel and constant horsepower options
  • HPC Series: High-pressure, low-speed radial piston motors for marine winches and offshore use. Displacement range ~1,344–6,555 cc, continuous pressure ~250 bar, torque up to 22,440 Nm with dynamic displacement control
